Runway is the second CD release from Joe. It is a compilation of 9 songs written or co written by Joe and writing friends: Mike Kuhl, Matt Kennamer, Joshua Baker, Chad Hogue, and wife Elizabeth. It offers a taste of different styles of country from Americana to Bluegrass, to Southern Rock, to Modern Country.
Runway features the song "Don't Build'em Like That Anymore". The song pays homage to the men who trained at the Dyersburg Army Air Base in WW2. The base was a training facility for pilot training in the B17 bomber. The base was built in 1942-43 and housed over 7000 military during its time til the end of the war.
The CD Project serves as a fundraiser for The Veterans' Museum operating fund.
